Penina - 3 minutes drive

Designed by Sir Henry Cotton the Penina Championship Course provides a challenging test of golf, especially for the longer hitter. Strategically placed shrubs, trees and water hazards ensure that the Penina Course, although flat, presents golfers with an interesting variety of testing golf shots. Portuguese Open held here in 2004

Alto - 8 minutes drive

The opening nine holes of the Alto Club course offer fine views of the bay of Lagos while the back nine, set over rolling slopes further inland, includes the remarkable Henry Cotton Challenge, possibly the longest Par 5 in Europe

Palmares - 10 minutes drive

Laid out on a south-facing hillside overlooking the Bay of Lagos, the Palmares course is arguably the most attractive of all the golf courses in the Algarve. The views are quite breathtaking. Five of the holes are links style alongside Meia Praia. The fifth, a par-5 of 550 metres ,presents a real golfing challenge

Carvoiero (Pinta and Gramacho) - 10 minutes drive

Pinta golf course is a well laid out and interesting course. Set in a truly Algarve landscape with almond, olive and carob trees it rolls through small valleys and hills and has justly earned a reputation for its excellent condition and its ability to challenge golfers of all standards Gramacho was originally a nine hole course which has been extended and cleverly redesigned to become a fully fledged 18-hole course. The course is designed to test technical ability and club selection.

Boavista (discount available for Oasis Parque guests) - 15 minutes drive

The Boavista golf course offers a variety of holes bordered by beautiful sub-tropical landscaping. The stunning 7th hole has exhilarating panoramic views extending from Praia da Luz to the hills of Monchique with the Atlantic Ocean creating a spectacular backdrop.

Morgado - 15 minutes drive

This new championship course lies on the lower slopes of Monchique. Different terrain from other Algarve courses, reminiscent of rolling parkland with wonderful inland views to the hills.
